Welcome to my website

My name is Kim, one of the senior loan officers at the HomeTrust Lubbock office.  For the past 26 years I have been helping families buy their homes.  While pursuing my bachelor’s degree at Texas Tech, I worked part-time at a local mortgage company and have never left the industry.  Getting borrowers through the mortgage process can sometimes be challenging and stressful but the satisfaction of getting to the closing table is still what motivates me day in and day out and why I love to go above and beyond.

Outside of the office, I love family time with my husband of 26 years, Mike, and my two sons Ryan and Greg, who are both Texas Tech graduates as well.  I enjoy Colorado skiing, being a cat-mom, reading and all things Harry Potter.  I am a member of the Texas Tech Alumni Club and always look forward to spring and Texas Tech baseball.
